Broadcasting lets you send one approved WhatsApp template message to a large audience as a single, tracked campaign: announcements, alerts and service updates.
Who can use Broadcasting?

Broadcasting appears in the top menu as Broadcasting.
The Broadcasting add-on
Your workspace needs a subscription that includes the Broadcasting add-on. It is a simple on/off switch: there is no message or recipient quota yet. Admins can add it under Settings → Subscription.
Without the add-on, the Broadcasting page only shows an upgrade screen with an Upgrade to unlock Broadcasting button that takes you to your subscription page.
Good to know
If the add-on is removed while a campaign is scheduled or sending, the campaign is paused, not lost. When the add-on is restored, you can resume it.
Can't see Broadcasting?
Check that you are logged in as an Admin or Manager, and that the add-on is active in your subscription.
